I have always been a strong promoter of health and nutrition this started from an early age. It is a belief that I needed to live a healthy life style so that I would be happy and live longer. They get tired of counting calories that would eventually get you bored especially if you despise math.
They get tired of hearing what is bad or good for them and most people just give up and just go back into their bad habits.
So I decided it was time someone told the truth and led these clueless people in the right direction. So what do people need to know to make the right decisions? Well the first thing they should understand is the difference between processed and unprocessed food.
Processed food is food that has been chemically altered with additives such as colors, fillers and flavor enhancers. The general knowledge is that any food that is not natural is considered as processed. There are many dangers associated to eating these foods such as cancer, diseases and chemical poisons. Scientist has come to the conclusion after years of research that a healthy diet consist of unprocessed foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts etc.
